How plans work
- Limits
- Plans are sized by active SKUs and net sales over each 30 days, and both limits apply. Scanner allowances are shared across your account. Autopilot, Research Scanner, and Zeno chat are included under fair use.
- Changing plans
- Changes take effect at renewal. A required upgrade needs two consecutive complete monthly assessments above your limits and at least 30 days' notice. A downgrade needs two assessments within the lower plan's limits. Annual terms you've paid for are preserved.
- Founding accounts
- Founding accounts receive at least 3,000 scanner enrichments a month during their first 12 paid months.
- Switching
- Import your setup from the repricer and restock tools you use today; Zeroth maps your prices, costs, and strategies and previews every change. Coming from a tool we don't cover yet? We'll help you bring it over.
- Billing
- All prices are in USD. Canadian cards and billing addresses are supported; your card issuer handles any currency conversion.
